About Me
- Name: Kim
- Location: West Virginia, United States
Why Sandpiper? When I was young, my grandfather liked CB radios. He worked construction, and would talk to my grandmother during the day using the radio. He had them in his truck and his car. We ended up with one in our car (for emergencies, I imagine). Sandpiper was my "handle." It reminds me of times with my grandparents. It also is symbolic of my love of the beach.

Hi Sandpiper! Great job on the mitten! What yarn did you use? You didn't make it sound too difficult...how was it doing all those tiny tubes on dpn's? Also, the Cherry Tree Hill boucle...my daughter gave me a skein of that for my birthday and I've been wondering what to do with it. What is the item that you mentioned making with it? Thanks...Nickie
